Privacy Policy

Last updated July 4, 2026

Shaoladi is a multiplayer card game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By creating an account or playing, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and display name, used to sign you in and identify you to other players.
  • Gameplay data — stats such as games played, wins, level, XP, streaks, and round history.
  • Social data — friends you add, rooms you join, and chat messages you send at the table.
  • Basic technical data — standard connection information (e.g. device type) needed to run the service securely.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in.
  • To run matches, track progression, and power friends, invites, and chat.
  • To keep the service working, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate the app:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and gameplay data).
  • Google Sign-In — optional login method; if you use it, Google shares your email and basic profile with us.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of the app.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing cyarde@curzansolutions.ca. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or prevent abuse.

Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.
  • Edit your display name in the app at any time.
  • Stop sharing data by requesting account deletion.

Children

Shaoladi is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
